Covid-19 Update

Dear customers
In light of the latest news we wanted to let you know what the team at Fired Earth is doing regarding Covid-19 (coronavirus).

The wellbeing of our team, our customers and their families remains our highest priority and so, in line with government guidance, our stores remain closed until further notice. We are, however, still here for you. Our staff are available to discuss your projects, advise on product, take orders and help with any queries and they can even offer virtual showroom tours. To find out more please contact your nearest showroom.

Virtual Design Service
We also offer a virtual design service, meaning that even though you can’t come and see us, we can meet with you via a video call. We will be able to take look at the room or rooms you’re working on and discuss your project.

Once you’ve provided us with your plans and measurements, the designer will be able to re-create the space with 3D software and work on a design. They will then create a presentation which they’ll show you on a second video call and sample product will be posted out to you. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a comprehensive design pack with technical drawings and CAD images to guide you through the installation.

If you’ve already placed an order it should be delivered as planned, but please bear in mind there may be some delays on the courier side. All deliveries are made by a 3rd party carrier between 8am-6pm to the kerbside and will, of course, be following social distancing rules. Deliveries will be to the closest point of access to your property. This restriction applies to all deliveries – including larger ones, such as bathroom products – so you may need to get someone to help. In addition, we’re also operating a no-touch policy, so you won’t have to sign directly for packages.
