Everything you need to know about our delivery options, pricing and timescales.
All deliveries are made by our trusted carriers right across the country.
They deliver between 8am and 6pm to the kerbside only. This restriction applies to all deliveries – including larger ones, such as bathroom products – so you may need to get someone to help. Morning or afternoon slots are available for an additional charge, please discuss this with our team before you order.
In addition, we’re also operating a no-touch policy, so you won’t have to sign directly for packages. If your order is delivered on a pallet this will not be taken away by the courier, there are plenty of ways to re-use a pallet or dispose of it responsibly.
Our Warehouse Team at our Head Office in Oxfordshire pack every order with care to ensure they reach you exactly how we send them. If your tiles don't arrive safely please get in touch with us as soon as you receive your order so we can rectify this for you.
Our Warehouse Team don't work on bank holidays so please allow an extra day or two for orders made ahead of a long weekend.

Please allow time and tiles!
Please do not commence any installation work, book plumbers or other tradespersons until your order has been delivered and thoroughly checked over.
We strongly advise that accurate quantities are ordered for your project in one order, inclusive of sufficient additional tiles for cuts and wastage. Any ‘top up’ orders may be subject to batch variation and may not match the initial product.
Please ensure there is someone at the property to receive your delivery. We recommend goods are stored internally or in a dry external place like a garage or shed till you're ready to start installing. Please note that if tiles are stored externally that they should be covered and allowed to acclimatise to the room they are being used in prior to laying.
Collections
Orders under 50kg can be arranged to be collected from most of our showrooms. Please discuss this when you place your order with our team.
On collection you'll be asked for your name and order number. Please make sure your vehicle is suitable for carrying the goods, we can confirm the total weight when you order.
Orders for collection must be collected within 5 working days, after this your order will be returned to our warehouse for safe keeping.
Please note: Our showroom teams are not permitted to leave the showroom unattended so may not be able to assist you with transferring your order to your vehicle.
Non UK Mainland - Exports
All non UK mainland deliveries will be classed as an export order and will require an export quote. We tender for the best possible shipping price, which can take up to 5 days, each quote is valid for 30 days.
Please contact your local showroom or email [email protected] to discuss your options. Alternatively, you can arrange for your own shippers to collect from our Adderbury warehouse at your cost. Please discuss this when placing your order.
If we do have a distributor, whilst we cannot export directly to you, we can certainly assist you with an introduction to our local team who will be able to assist you with your purchase.
Nominated Day Service
Order before noon for delivery 4 working days later (order before noon on a Monday for a Friday delivery). Our Transport team will call you on the day you order giving you until 2pm the next day to confirm your order delivery date.
Booking Service
Order before noon for delivery to our carrier, who will call you 3-4 days later to confirm which day best suits you from the next 5 working days for delivery. The first possible delivery date will be 4-5 working days after you order.
Express Service
Order before noon for delivery 2 working days later (order before noon on a Monday for a Wednesday delivery). We won't get in touch with you to confirm the delivery date so please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to receive the order.
Scottish Postcodes
Some Scottish postcodes have longer lead times, please proceed to the checkout for an estimated delivery date to your address or call our team for more information.
Morning & Saturday Deliveries
Morning deliveries are an option at the checkout for our express and nominated service subject to a surcharge.
If you would like a Saturday delivery please speak to your local showroom or our online sales team who can place your order and confirm the premium delivery charge.
The best way to confirm delivery charges and timescales is to add everything to your basket and put your address in at the checkout to see all our options. This does not commit you to checking out.
Deliveries will always be directed to the nearest kerbside location as this is where we are insured to deliver to.
The pallet will only be moved and delivered beyond the kerbside at the driver’s discretion upon delivery.
Orders will not be delivered into the property nor will the driver de-palletise the goods for you.
Please be discouraged from requesting a beyond kerbside delivery upon ordering to prevent any damages to the goods, the driveway, or even a vehicle, as well as preventing any delivery refusals due to false assumptions.
It should be declared upon ordering about any hazards or obstructions that may result in the delivery having to be delivered to an alternative location. For example, sloped or gravel driveways.
Deliveries will arrive by pallet on a delivery vehicle.
The pallet will be offloaded via tail lift and will be manoeuvred via a manual or electric pump truck depending on the pallet weight.
Please ensure you keep a safe distance from the delivery vehicle, when it is moving and the tail lift is in operation.
It should be declared upon ordering any potential access issues that could cause the delivery to be unsuccessful.

Access for all deliveries
If your delivery address is hard to reach in large vehicles please let us know when you order in case we need to arrange a specific type of vehicle.
Our standard pallet delivery is to offload at kerbside only. Parcel deliveries will be made to your front door.
Please ensure a responsible person is at the property at the time of delivery to supervise your delivery. We recommend goods are stored in a dry external place like a garage or shed till you're ready to start installing.
Orders over 100kg or fragile items
Our Transport Team or carrier will call a couple of days before your delivery date to confirm a few key things:
The team will call and leave a voicemail, and follow up with an email. If you do not reply to confirm delivery your order will be held till we can confirm a delivery date with you.
You'll receive a delivery window on the day of, or the day before your delivery.
Questions, returns and refunds
If you were expecting a delivery today and it's getting late in the day please call our Transport Team who can check the status with our carrier.
If you missed your delivery please contact the team you ordered with to arrange a new delivery date. We may have to charge an additional delivery fee for this service if our delivery team attempted the first delivery at the pre-agreed time.
